How do I get a license key?
Sign up for an account on our website. Once logged in, navigate to the License section in your dashboard to view or generate your license key.
The extension is not detecting my orders
Make sure you are on the Etsy orders page (etsy.com/your/orders) and that you are logged into your Etsy account. Try refreshing the page and reopening the extension.
How do I set up Google Sheets integration?
Go to your shop settings in the web dashboard, enter your Google Apps Script URL, and save. The extension will then sync orders to both the web dashboard and your Google Sheet.
Can I use the extension with multiple Etsy shops?
Yes! The extension supports multiple shops. Each shop will be automatically detected when you visit its orders page on Etsy.
My sync failed. What should I do?
Check your internet connection and verify your license key is valid. If the problem persists, try logging out and back in to the extension.
